哥倫比亞叢林的一座豪宅中，一名毒梟向買家克拉克展示一個硬盤，里面裝有毒梟兒子編寫的程式，不可復制、無法轉移，能侵入全球任何資訊系統，當場造成一架貨機墜毀和波哥大停電，克拉克想獨占硬盤而殺了毒梟父子，此時哥倫比亞突擊隊攻入宅邸，混亂中，哥倫比亞國家情報總局特工路易斯·羅哈斯拿了硬盤。美國中央情報局特工梅森·“梅絲”·布朗奉上司馬克斯之命，與搭檔尼克一起前往巴黎，和羅哈斯交易。雙方碰面時，德國聯邦情報局特工瑪麗·施密特介入，搶走其中一個背包，羅哈斯立刻遁走，梅絲尾隨瑪麗到地鐵站，兩人交手后瑪麗跳上列車逃走，而尼克在追逐羅哈斯途中，遇到克拉克。
