現實中百般碰壁、只能在漫畫中享受萬人矚目榮耀的漫畫家蘇菲（章子怡 飾），竟意外中了一個新加坡五日游大獎。在兩位閨蜜李莉（姚晨 飾）和陸小夕（林心如 飾）的鼓勵下，蘇菲滿懷期待飛赴新加坡。誰知剛出機場，她就遇到和幻想中的王子一模一樣的帥哥嚴大衛（王力宏 飾）。大衛的真實身份是一名特工，此次為追查被竊鉆石“幸運星”和神秘買家高先生（高捷 飾）來到新加坡。蘇菲稀里糊涂混入私人派對，并陰差陽錯拿到了裝有“幸運星”的箱子，當然這也將她置身于連番的追殺和爭奪戰中?！ ∨c超級完美的王子相伴，一貫過著平凡無聊生活的蘇菲展開了充滿挑戰的異國大冒險……
