岳云鵬、艾倫、潘斌龍、張小斐、張泰維等一班國內最頂尖的喜劇人排練新春特別節目，因為爭當主角導致排練失敗。郭德綱老師為了新春特別版的《歡樂喜劇人》能順利錄制，帶他們到澳門，一起封閉排練?？稍涝迄i等人卻各自為政的狂歡，晚飯時分，因為兩個美女的出現導致郭德綱人間蒸發！眾人在找郭德綱的時候，更恐怖的事情陸續發生，團隊中的成員一個接一個的被抓！而抓人的人竟是郭德綱！到底是對頭人從中作梗，還是發生了靈異現象？這幫認真搞笑的諧星又要如何應付即將到來的大事件？
